I’m continuing to receive excellent feedback from clients who access support over the phone. It’s something relatively new to me and I had been sceptical about how it could work. Obviously it’s a different kind of connection to the one which takes place face-to-face but it is highly effective in providing regular space for people who cannot manage sessions any other way.  It was Anxiety UK who requested telephone counselling as an option for some of their clients and I’m glad to say it has been a successful experiment, which I’m sure will benefit many more people.
